Ventilex and Solutherm join forces in energy reusage innovation
We are proud to announce our formal partnership with Solutherm, following several years of joint innovation in thermal treatment solutions. With our combined expertise, we are able to offer energy-saving solutions that are tailored to each customer’s specific needs. We have developed cutting edge heat pumps, which capture residual process heat and re-inject it into the thermal treatment process. In doing so, we recapture much higher share of residual energy than previously possible. It saves our customers up to 10,000 Euro in heating costs per month, whilst the payback time on the heat pump investment is a mere 3 to 5 years.
Over the coming time, we will accelerate our joint innovation, bringing more smart heat reusage techniques to our customers. It helps a great deal in reducing cost per tonne produced, and helps our precious environment at the same time.
Stijn Lemmens, Commercial Director Ventilex:
“I am thrilled about the formalization of our partnership with Solutherm. Our customers have been very enthusiastic about conserving energy and reducing costs. Our innovations help them with that. I am confident that we have found a strong partner in Solutherm, and I am very much looking forward to bringing more joint innovation to the market.”
Pieter Jellema and Jelle Nijdam, founders Solutherm:
“Solutherm’s DNA consists of a unique blend of technical creativity, practical experience and a healthy dose of common sense. This is what we also found in our new partner Ventilex. Together, both contributing with our own specific expertise, we are able to develop new, reliable and highly efficient drying technologies, lifting Ventilex’ equipment to an even higher level.”
